Myšák is a group of Czech patisseries that continue the tradition of the renowned Prague confectionery founded in 1911. Under the leadership of head pastry chef Lukáš Pohl, they prepare classic pastries, cakes, and breakfast.

In 2017, we continued the First Republic tradition of the Myšák pastry shop, which has been in operation on Vodičkova Street in Prague since 1911. While the lower floor serves as a café where traditional Czech desserts and breakfasts are served from morning, the upper floor belongs to the pastry chefs, who have their workshop here. There is also a pleasant space here that you can rent for company breakfasts or larger family events.

We opened the second Myšák in 2025. In Hall 27 of the newly renovated Holešovice Market premises, you will find everything that you know and love from Vodičkova Street – chocolate-coated meringue dessert (Czech ‘Indián’), cream rolls and cream puffs, home-baking supplies and cakes for family celebrations, as well as sweet and Savory breakfasts. Baristas will prepare coffee from Norbeans, hot chocolate and other sweet beverages for you.

We prepare desserts in the size of two bites so that you can enjoy multiple kinds. We bake according to the season and based on our inspiration at the moment.
